Mr. Naushad, the Executive Chairman and Founder of PayCommerce, has been the driving force for excellence in service, business strategy and product innovation since the company’s inception. Under Abdul’s leadership, PayCommerce launched its cloud-based payment platform to provide business-to-business and business-to-consumer commerce to its customers globally. PayCommerce has continued to grow and deliver next generation payment technology solutions to drive new levels of innovation and productivity.
During his career, Abdul held several managerial and technical leadership roles with leading global technology companies including both Oracle and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). Abdul has over 20 years of business and technology experience with growth stage and start-up companies. He has a great passion for building companies and has played a key role in almost every major relationship that has shaped the company’s development.
Abdul earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Mysore University and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University SMEAL College of Business.
Mr. Narro serves as Chief Executive Officer of PayCommerce. He is an accomplished senior executive leader with over 30 years of extensive financial services/FinTech experience in digital and traditional/non-traditional payments, credit, debit, prepaid, lending, banking, wholesale and retail operations management with an emphasis on innovation, growth, and increasing shareholder and investor value. He achieved a proven record involving both early-stage and mature organizations in creating organic growth through revenue-maximizing initiatives, market share gain, market positioning and adjacent market strategies.
Prior to PayCommerce, Max served as a Senior Advisor and CEO Partner for Tritium Partners, a private equity firm focused on the buyouts of growth companies in the lower middle market. At Tritium, he worked closely with the firm to establish priority investment themes in the FinTech market, executed acquisitions of those growth companies and served as a Director and/or CEO of those newly acquired assets. Prior to Tritium, Max served as the President of Worldpay U.S. with leadership responsibility over its small business segment. During his tenure at Worldpay, a $5.5 billion payment processor, he played an instrumental role in helping the company achieve a successful IPO. Max previously held senior-level executive positions at Downstream Capital (a boutique private equity firm), Fiserv, First Data, and Southern States Cooperative.
Max earned a BA and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University; in addition, attending The University of Richmond School of Law.
Mr. Talwar brings over 25 years of payments industry experience to the role; having led payment strategies, product and business development and finance at firms including Ingenco Group, Global Collect, First Data Corp., MasterCard and Citibank.
Kesh is responsible for the expansion of the firm’s global payment capabilities; network expansion and commercialization of products by market and pricing. This includes the consistent enhancement and improvement of the PayCommerce Network Hub: from global product management, pricing and negotiating agreements with acquiring banks; to managing complex regional card schemes, alternative payments and beyond. His CFO responsibilities are aligned to his strategic Chief Payments Officer responsibilities.
Kesh received an MBA from The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He has a Chartered Accountant degree from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants and completed his undergraduate degree in Economics and Mathematics and a postgraduate degree in Law from the University of Bombay.
Mrs. Scott brings over 25 years of business and human resources experience to PayCommerce, with over 15 years experience in the payments industry. She will be responsible for all global human resource functions including payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations and recruiting.
Most recently she was the VP of Sales Planning and Initiatives for Worldly U.S., which she joined after the company was acquired by Century Payments. At Century, she was the Chief People Officer and a key member of the executive team that led the growth to a successful exit.
Kristen received her MBA from Southern Methodist University and her BBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce where she majored in Human Resources.
Mr. Kader is the co-founder responsible for designing and delivering the PayCommerce Payment Platform. He ensures that the PayCommerce platform is optimized as a highly scalable, modular solution based on the evolving needs of our customers with an eye on the evolving marketplace. Sha has vast expertise in the areas of electronic payments, internet security, distributed systems and parallel computing. Prior to joining PayCommerce, he served in several product and technology engineering leadership roles with leading payment and transaction processing companies such as Visa, First Data, U.S. Bank and Ameritrade.
Sha holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering and Masters in Computer Engineering specialized in distributed computing from University of Budapest.
Mr. B. Venkat is responsible for the 360-degree customer relationship. He has over three decades of experience in Software Development, Business Development and Operations. During this period, he has worked with a wide range of institutions covering the entire spectrum ranging from large global corporations to smaller local companies. Currently based in the U.S., he has spent significant periods of time working in Germany, India and the UK and has developed an understanding and appreciation of diverse working cultures. Regardless of company size and geography, he remains passionate about continuing to drive towards the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
Venkat holds a Bachelor in Technology from IIT – Madras and an MBA from IIM – Calcutta.
Karen Morgan, Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Morgan has 20 years of financial marketing and branding experience working for world-class firms including Credit Suisse, Bank of New York, Merrill Lynch and Standard & Poor’s. She specialized in marketing financial technology at firms like Instinet, SunGard and Pivot a CME Group company.
Karen also has a BA in Communications from Villanova University, and an MA in Corporate Communications from Baruch. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and is on the Communications Advisory Board for the American Museum of Finance on Wall Street.
Mr. Kanapur heads the Global Product team for PayCommerce. His role encompasses navigating the complexities of global transaction and money flows and translating them into customer centric products and services. Raj works closely with clients and partners of Financial Institutions, Payment Service Providers, Enterprises and Regulators across the globe.
Raj has been a technology entrepreneur for the past 15 years. Having launched several start-ups in the mobility, payment and entertainment domain, he brings strong knowledge in creating and adoption of innovative and disruptive product ideas. Raj also played technology leadership roles at Caterpillar, Ford Motor Company and Oracle Consulting.
Raj holds an MBA, specializing in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University India.
As CFO, Mr. Newman leads the finance organization and serves as a key member of the company’s senior leadership team. He is accomplished financial executive who has more than 23 years experience. Owen worked for International SOS as the CFO and spent 7 years prior at WorldPlay as the Vice President of Finance. He led multiple strategic initiatives which contributed to a 20% year over year growth rate.
Owen holds a Master’s of Science degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
Mr. Sultan is the Managing Director and lead of Dubai JV, PayCommerce ME FZCO. He brings over 25 year of senior leadership experience in multi-national, government and private sector companies. His extensive experience in financial services and business development attributed to a long-standing successful career. Prior to joining PayCommerce, Mr. Sultan was the Managing Director of Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC, group of companies. Under his leadership the company grew to become one of the leading exchange companies in the region. He brings with him a deep understanding of the market and senior level networking operations in banks and government departments.
Mr. Radhakrishnan is the Executive Director of PayCommerce ME FZCO, Dubai. He has over 40 years experience in senior leadership roles in the banking and financial services industries. For 30 years, he held senior positions for banks in India and the United Kingdom. Before joining PayCommerce, he worked at Wall Street Exchange Centre, as the COO of Global Operations. He has substantial experience in trade finance, cross-border payments, Forex, correspondent banking and business development.
